Re-assessment
Retail brand participated in O2O Customer Experience Recognition, who fails the 1st assessment, is allowed to apply for re-assessment within three months with a maximum of two times upon the receipt of 1st assessment report.
Re-assessment Fee: HK$1,500 / time
Remarks: Written confirmation by email plus the payment completion for re-assessment fee by the retail brand upon the receipt of invoice is required, to consider re-assessment before the Association to kick-off the re-assessment.
