BAD WEATHER ARRANGEMENT FOR

THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING 2025

In view of the Super Typhoon Ragasa rapidly approaching Hong Kong and the potential severe weather conditions that it may bring to Hong Kong in the coming few days, the Association would like to postpone the AGM originally scheduled to be held on Thursday 25 September 2025 at 11:00 a.m, to Friday, 24 October 2025 at 11:00 a.m. at the same venue at Ballroom, Harbour Grand Hong Kong, 23 Oil Street, North Point, Hong Kong.

The Notice of postponement has been circulated to all members via email. Should you require the full set of the documents or wish to attend the AGM, please contact the Association.

2025 HKRMA AGM Luncheon

The AGM Luncheon to be held immediately after the AGM is also postponed to 24 October 2025 at 12:30pm at the same venue i.e. Ballroom, Harbour Grand Hong Kong, 23 Oil Street, North Point, Hong Kong. The luncheon is still opened for enrolment; we welcome members and industry players to book their places and take this opportunity to meet and exchange ideas.

The Association will contact those members who have reserved seats for the luncheon on 25 September 2025 for postponement arrangement.
