Course Description

Successful leaders execute effectively leadership by communicating well and keeping its staff focused on the organization goals. However, the true measure of a leader depends on how they handle setbacks and adversity.   While adversity always throw unpleasant surprises and challenges, so it's time to learn new leadership skill to become a "NEW MANAGER" to lead your staff and team towards the goals under adversity.

Mr. Paul Ma, Founder of KAR Consultants Company Limited

Paul has over 20 years of managerial experience in HR, learning and development. His areas of expertise include customer service system, brand culture building, operation efficiency system and managerial development scheme. He has been serving as the Chairman of Service & Courtesy Award of Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) from 2001, 2002, 2008 to 2020. Paul has been appointed by The Hong Kong Council for Accreditation of Academic and Vocational Qualifications (HKCAAVQ) as specialist in business and management of the retail industry since March 2016.
