Eligible Customers must comply with the rules and regulations set out on the HKRMA’s campaign page.
To redeem the offers at Participating Retailers, Eligible Customers must show a Cathay Pacific boarding pass.
Other terms, conditions, rules and regulations of the Participating Retailers may apply.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, HKRMA reserves the right to amend or supplement these terms and conditions or terminate or suspend the offers at any time without any prior notice.
HKRMA is solely responsible for negotiating and mediating with Participating Retailers for any services and products of the Participating Retailers as supplied and/or sold by the Participating Retailers in connection with these offers.
Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is not responsible for any act or omission of HMRMA and/or the Participating Retailers, and shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss or injury suffered by customers in receiving the offers or any services or products supplied and/or sold by Participating Retailers to customers.
In case of any dispute, HKRMA and the Participating Retailers shall make the sole and final decision in respect of their respective services and products.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
If there is any discrepancy between different language versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
