Riding on the success of the inaugural "Hong Kong Shopping Festival" in 2023, the Hong Kong Retail Management Association is stepping up its efforts to launch the third edition of the “Hong Kong Shopping Festival” from July to August this year. We are pleased to garner more support from various industries, namely the retail, catering, shopping mall, hotel, logistic, electronic payment gateway and social media platform. With the overarching theme "Enjoy Hong Kong Privileges ‧ Courtesy", the programme aims to provide residents and tourists with shopping privileges and courteous service, offering customers with pleasant shopping experience and supporting Hong Kong to live up its reputation as a hospitable city and “Experiential Shopping Paradise”.

Privileges:
- All participating merchants must provide free gifts or discount coupons without a minimum spending requirement.
- Provide consumers with a good shopping experience through quality "courteous" service.
- Participating merchants must sign the "Hong Kong Courtesy Service Charter" and commit to providing courteous service to consumers.
- The association will provide "Hong Kong Good Gifts, with Courtesy" signs for merchants to display in their stores for promotion.
- There will be a "Hong Kong Courtesy Store" voting activity conducted through the association's official online platform and AR LENS, allowing consumers to vote for the "Hong Kong Courtesy Stores."
