Hong Kong WinterFest Delights 2025
Hong Kong Tourism Board (HKTB) has announced its annual major event, “Hong Kong WinterFest,” which encompasses a diverse range of flagship programs and exclusive offerings. In collaboration with the Quality Tourism Services Association and Hong Kong Retail Management Association, HKTB has launched the “Hong Kong WinterFest Delights 2025,” presenting citizens and visitors with nearly HK$2 billion in total benefits and close to 580 special consumer privileges. This initiative aims to foster a vibrant festive atmosphere citywide. HKTB encourages the public and tourists to obtain exclusive offers on 13 designated coupon distribution platforms and enjoy the privileges while shopping.
To further stimulate consumption, approximately 7,300 retail outlets across Hong Kong are participating in “Hong Kong WinterFest Delights 2025” collectively offering nearly 580 promotional privileges covering dining, shopping, attractions, and public transportation. Among these are numerous “Buy one Get one Free” offers. From December 1 morning onwards, users of the designated coupon distribution platforms will be able to grab platform exclusive promotion offers and redeem electronic coupons.

- This offer cannot be exchanged for cash, or other merchandise and is non-refundable.
