1. The LOHAS “Christmas Instant Win” Lucky Draw Program is held by MTR Corporation Limited.
2. Shoppers must download the latest “MTR Mobile” mobile application (If shoppers fail to download or open the app, “MTR Mobile” may not be supported by this mobile phone device) and sign up as Registered Users with email and mobile number. Each valid email address and mobile number can only be registered once only. Please download and update to the latest mobile version and operating system from time to time, otherwise, users may not be able to use eCoupon.
3. Registered users of MTR Mobile must allow MTR Mobile App to access the camera function of the device to use eCoupon. The setting can be modified in (Settings > MTR Mobile > allow access to Camera).
4. From 1 December 2023 to 1 January 2024, MTR Mobile registered users are required to register single electronic spending of HK$800 or above and or screencap of the electronic payment transaction within thirty (30) days from date of the Eligible Transaction (as per the date stated on the machine-printed receipts) or before 11:59PM, 2 January 2024 (whichever is earlier), It takes approximately 3 working days for the approval to proceed. Upon successfully assigned the instant win lucky draw chance, MTR Mobile registered user must complete the lucky draw manually by following the steps mentioned above before 4:00 PM on the next day, otherwise the system will automatically proceed the draw. The final draw will take place on 6 January, 2024, at 4:00 PM.
5. Each registered user is entitled to a maximum of 5 lucky draw chances for this program within the promotion period. The rewards must be redeemed in MTR Mobile app or designated merchant before the specified expiration date.
6. All gifts are randomly picked out and immediately shown on the game page. Participants will need to follow the instructions to redeem the gift at the MTR Mobile App.
7. All records from the MTR system database are the only official and correct version.8. Please refer to eCoupon / eVouchur for the detailed terms and conditions.
9. Personal information is collected only for the use of this event.
10. All prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, other goods or services in any circumstances.
11. The LOHAS will not bear any responsibility in any case of network problems, system malfunctioning, poor phone reception, blocking by third party applications, incomplete/ inaccurate/ missing information provided by customers or software incompatibility problems that caused customers cannot enter the game page or MTR Mobile App to join the event.
12. Mobile number submitted for registration must be authentic and valid. Each mobile number can only be registered by one MTR Mobile registered user. Duplicate registration of the same mobile number or by any means to hack and/or amend computer software to redeem eCoupon to spend at shop will not be accepted absolutely. The LOHAS merchants shall have the absolute right to refuse any eCoupon(s) of such registered user. The LOHAS also shall have the right to, without any prior notice, immediately, suspend or terminate such membership, forfeit all credits earned and terminate redemption qualification including those eCoupons already redeemed at merchants. The LOHAS shall bear no responsibility for any loss or damages arising from redeeming or using eCoupon improperly.
13. This program is subjected to the terms and conditions of “MTR Point Scheme” and “MTR Malls eCoupon”, should there be any discrepancy, these terms and conditions shall prevail. 14. In case of any disputes, the decision of The LOHAS management office shall be final.
15. In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English version, the Chinese version shall prevail.Trade
