Terms & Conditions

    I . The Promotion starts from 20th December 2023, the Promotion offer is limited to 25,000 quota on a first-come-first-served basis, while quota lasts (the “Promotion Period”). Each cardholder can enjoy the offer once per day.

    II. During the Promotion Period, enjoy a HK$30 Instant Discount upon a payment at LOG-ON stores in Hong Kong by single EPS transaction with net amount of HK$400 or above, except for those non-applicable transactions (the “Promotion”).

    III. The Promotion is only applicable to purchase of LOG-ON items at LOG-ON stores in Hong Kong (the “Stores”), except food products.    

    IV. To enjoy the Promotion, customers must indicate EPS as the payment method and present the bank card with EPS function, issued by EPS member banks, to cashier staff before payment. And customers must pay by EPS in full to enjoy the Promotion.

    V. A Qualifying Transaction refers to the final amount payable when making the purchase with EPS. Use of gift / shopping voucher and other selected discount privilege will not be taken into account when calculating Qualifying Transaction.

    VI. The Promotion is also not applicable to transactions including, purchase of gift / shopping vouchers, purchase or top up of city’super Gift Cards, charges on shopping bags, any delivery charges, any transaction of prepaid cards and stored value cards, any reloads, top up, recharging or value-added services, orders made by phone, fax, email / online services, all other transactions without sales slips, any split transactions and any unauthorized transactions are not eligible for the Promotion. Any unposted / cancelled / refunded / falsified transactions are also excluded. Instant discount will be cancelled or returned along with any cancelled or reversed transactions.

    VII. The promotion is not applicable to transactions made at self-checkout counters in the physical stores, LOG-ON E-Shop or any transactions made via third-party platforms.

    VIII. The Promotion will be provided by the Stores at the time when the Qualifying Transaction is being made. The Promotion cannot be accumulated or saved for future use.

    IX. The Promotion cannot be exchanged for cash, gift, service or discount.

    X. All image and details are for reference only.

    XI. The Promotion is not applicable to any bulk purchases.

   XII. In case of any dispute arising out of or in relation to the Promotion, the decision of City Super Limited and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited shall be final.

   XIII. No person other than the EPS user who enjoyed the Promotion, City Super Limited and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited will have any right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance of Hong Kong to enforce or enjoy the benefit of any of the provisions of these terms and conditions.

    XIV. City Super Limited and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited reserves the right to suspend and/ or terminate granting any offer under this Promotion, and /or vary these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. City Super Limited and EPS Company (Hong Kong) Limited accept no liability for such change or suspension/ termination.

   V. This promotion is not applicable to the purchase or top-ups of city’super Gift Cards or Shopping Vouchers, charges on shopping bags, delivery charges, the top-up of super e cards and service charges.  

   VI. Cancelled transactions or refunds will result in the automatic deduction of loyalty points and eCoupons from the purchase, including any extra loyalty points and accumulated spending earned from specific promotions.  

   VII. City Super Limited reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice, and of final decision on all matters of dispute.
