1. Custom Furniture Up to 35% Off

    I. Promotion Period: From now until January 5th

    II. Each delivery address is eligible for the promotion only once. 

   III. The discount applies to the total amount after a single invoice deduction. 

   IV. The promotion is not applicable to specified hardware accessories, digital printing glass services, selected mattress and home appliance products. Please inquire with our staff for details.

    V. The promotion does not apply to delivery fees, installation fees, plastic shopping bag fees, furniture size modification services, custom furniture measurement fees, decoration construction fees, and other service charges.

    VI. The refund of measurement fees cannot be used in conjunction with other free measurement services. The refund of measurement fees will be deducted on the sales invoice.  

   VII. Customers must place custom furniture orders totaling $150,000 or above to enjoy a 35% discount, which is applicable to selected public housing estates, new development privileges, or "Renewal Celebration" move-in privileges.

    VIII. 36-month interest-free installment plan: Only applicable to custom furniture orders totaling $250,000 or above.  

   IX. 48-month interest-free installment plan: Only applicable to custom furniture orders totaling $350,000 or above.

   X. The discount promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions, including but not limited to Pricerite Caring Card, Premium Card, Prestige Card, shopping vouchers, etc.

   XI. All images are for reference only.

   XII. In case of any dispute, TMF reserves the right of final decision.

   XIII. In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version of these terms and conditions, the Chinese versionshall prevail.

2. Spend $10,000 or more to receive sofa and mattress e-voucher worth up to $800

    I.Promotion Period: From now until May 31, 2024.

    II.Purchase mattress totaling $3000 or more at TMF and enjoy a $300 discount.

    III.Purchase sofa totaling $5000 or more at TMF and enjoy a $500 discount.

    IV.This voucher is not applicable to discounted prices (including weekly rewards,flash rewards, shocking prices) and display items.

    V.This voucher is not applicable to furniture size modification services,delivery fees, installation fees, plastic shopping bag fees, and other servicecharges.  

   VI.Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions (including all membershipbenefits such as year-round discounts, birthday month offers, e-vouchers/promocodes, purchase coupons, member-priced items, etc.) and installment payments.

    VII.This voucher can only be used once and cannot be used again after returning orexchanging goods.

    VIII.Limited to one voucher per transaction and cannot be accumulated.

    IX.The discount is calculated based on the discounted amount and on a singleinvoice.

    X.This voucher is not redeemable for cash and no change will be given.

    XI.This voucher is a promotional gift. If the customer returns the goods and doesnot meet the promotional terms, the voucher must be returned or an amountequivalent to the face value of the voucher must be paid.

    XII.This voucher is valid from October 25, 2023, to June 30, 2024. Expired voucherswill be considered void.

    XIII. In case of any dispute, Pricerite reserves the right of final decisionregarding this voucher.
