• Now the directory is linked to https://marketing.hkrma.org/membership/b5/retail_membership/directory_fm.php (Joanne’s system), which is maintained by Peggy
• New directory: https://www.hkrma.org/en/membership-directory. It can be launched once Peggy renews all members in new system.

Membership management

1. New member data: As online membership application is launched on website for non-member application, all new applications can be founded and approved on new system.
2. Renewal: 2022 renewal on new system is in progress by Peggy. Once renewal is done, membership directory on frontend website can be launched. 
3. Minor bugs / errors: Peggy is communicating with Easesales to fix the errors.

Event management

1. Current event management (Joanne’s system)
2. Event list on new system: https://www.hkrma.org/en/event-calendar – Current events are all updated.  Please update upcoming new events although it hasn’t been launched.
3. Problem: Still finding solutions for member registration. Once it is done, please launched:

• Website frontend: Open event online enrolment to public and link “Event Calendar” to new page: https://www.hkrma.org/en/event-calendar
• Add “Event Calendar” on “What’s On” on Home Page
• Approve and invoice enrolment on new system

2023 Membership Renewal workflow

2. Send email to members with login information to ask them to update membership info and subscription years
