This section highlights some of the key programmes of the Hong Kong Retail Management Association, namely:
- Mystery Shoppers Programme
- Service & Courtesy Award
- Hong Kong Award for Services: Customer Service
- Study Tours
- Annual General Meeting
- Anniversary Ball
- 25th Anniversary Celebration Dinner
The first three major programmes are briefly mentioned here which are all award schemes aiming at upgrading customer service standards in Hong Kong and in recognizing quality service providers. The Mystery Shoppers Programme is a company-based programme targeting retailers while the Service & Courtesy Award is a company nominated individual-based contest of retail frontline practitioners. As for the Hong Kong Award for Services: Customer Service, it is a company-based award programme targeting not just retailers but all companies within Hong Kong’s service sector.
