Chairman's Feedback on October Golden Week Retail Sales Performance
(香港訊,二零零八年十月八日)就剛過去「十‧一黃金週」香港零售情況,香港零售管理協會主席麥瑞琼女士有以下回應:
- 與旅遊業相關的零售類別,如珠寶鐘錶、化妝品、衣履、補品、手機等,只錄得輕微升幅,個別零售商甚至未有錄得增幅,而單價更有下調趨勢,反映消費者態度審慎。
- 內部消費方面,食品、超市、便利店銷情未見有影響,唯低毛利的奶粉銷情因三聚氰胺事故引致四成增長。
- 連鎖快餐店方面,只錄得非常輕微升幅,唯由於通脹熾熱,有關升幅主要由於原材料成本上漲引致。
