Chairman's Feedback on the 2008-09 Budget (香港訊，二零零八年二月二十七日) - 香港零售管理協會主席關百豪先生，就政府剛公佈新一年度財政預算案，有以下回應：
(1) 協會歡迎政府剛公佈的「二零零八至零九財政年度預算案」，認為預算案對香港經濟及零售市道尤如一支強心針，雖然有關措施或許未能在短期內達致刺激經濟的效果，但長遠而言，藏富於民是正確方向。
(2) 協會亦認為預算案內容能較全面照顧各階層的需要，尤其是中產及基層市民的長遠需要，包括降低薪俸稅及個人入息課稅的標準稅率、一次過寬減 07-08 年度 75% 的薪俸稅及個人入息課稅、擴闊稅階等，是一份合適的預算案。另外，一些措施，如向每名月薪不足 10,000 元人士的強積金戶口一次過注入 6,000 元等，亦能照顧低收入人士，舒緩高通脹對他們的影響。
(3) 就一次過寬減 07-08 年度 75% 的利得稅，及寬免 08-09 年度的商業登記費，協會認為有關建議創新務實，並能真正幫助中小企舒緩經營壓力，尤其在目前租金、工資及各營運成本高企的情況下。
