Video on HKRMA's Website: www.hkrma.org

The Hong Kong Retail Management Association organized a Service Forum for Retailers on 6 May 2004 to officially launch this year's Service & Courtesy Award. One of the highlights of the event was a presentation made by winners of the 2003 Service & Courtesy Award who were invited to share their findings gathered from the Japan Study Tour held in March 2004. Particular emphasis was given to areas learned in the context of 'Customer Service' from our Japanese retail counterparts.

We invite you to experience their exciting presentation and view this video clip on HKRMA's website under Program/Activities - Study Tour: www.hkrma.org/en/program/studytour/ A list of names and respective companies of the 2003 Service & Courtesy Award winners could be found on HKRMA website: www.hkrma.org/en/program/sca/results.html

The last part of the video also features an introduction on the 2004 Service & Courtesy Award, its participation and selection details by the Award's Organizing Committee Chairman.

Kindly note that the video clip is presented only in Cantonese. It is best viewed by:
