I. FULL MEMBER (being fully operative retail outlets)

a. Full Members with 1-2 outlets (each outlet not exceeding 1,000 sq. ft.), an annual membership fee of HK$1,180.00 shall apply.

b. Full Members with 1-2 outlets (each outlet between 1,001 - 2,000 sq. ft.), an annual membership fee of HK$1,770.00 shall apply.

For members who fall within the 1-2 outlet category but each outlet between 2,001-3,000 sq. ft., an annual membership fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply.

c. Full Members with 3-10 outlets (each outlet not exceeding 3,000 sq. ft.), an annual membership fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply.

d. Full Members who are retail chain operations (Retail Chain Stores) with more than 10 outlets (each outlet not exceeding 1,000 sq. ft. for all stores) a basic fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply, plus an additional fee of HK$590.00 per outlet shall be levied up to HK$30,000.00 maximum payable per annum.

Full Members who are retail chain operations (Retail Chain Stores) with more than 10 outlets (for all other store sizes), a basic fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply, plus an additional fee of HK$590.00 per outlet shall be levied up to HK$40,000.00 maximum payable per annum.

e. Full Members who are Department Store operators or retailers with outlets exceeding 3,000 sq. ft. (per outlet basis), a basic fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply, plus an additional fee of HK$2,950.00 per outlet shall be levied up to HK$40,000.00 maximum payable per annum.

II. FULL MEMBER (being etailers without physical stores)

a. Full Members with an annual sales turnover of HK$10 million or below, an annual membership fee of HK$5,900.00 shall apply.

b. Full Members with an annual sales turnover of above HK$10 million, an annual membership fee of HK$10,000.00 shall apply.

III. ASSOCIATE MEMBER

An annual subscription fee of HK$3,600.00 shall apply for all Associate Members.

NOTE:

a. All subscriptions shall be due on the 1^st day of January each year.

b. If such subscription is not paid within 30 days from the date of a request to remit the subscription to the Association, the membership of such member shall be void, unless he satisfies the Executive Committee that the delay in payment was due to absence from Hong Kong or other sufficient cause.

c. Where a member company is accepted after 30 June, the company will be required to pay half of the annual fee as subscription for the remaining portion of that year.
