SKILLS UPGRADING SCHEME - RETAIL INDUSTRY The Hong Kong Retail Management Association has collaborated with the Pro-Act Training and Development Centre (Retail) (previously known as Retail Training Centre of the Vocational Training Centre) in organizing the Skills Upgrading Scheme courses since February 2002 with a view to upgrading the professionalism of the frontline staff.
