SKILLS UPGRADING SCHEME - RETAIL INDUSTRY The Hong Kong Retail Management Association (HKRMA) has collaborated with the Retail Trade Training Centre of the Vocational Training Council (VTC) in organizing the Skills Upgrading Scheme for the retail industry with a view to enhance the skills and upgrade the professionalism of the retail workforce.
