Generation Y Management

OBJECTIVES

Upon completion of the workshop, participants should be able to:

  1. Understand the behavior and thought of the Y generation staff from multi-dimensions, identify their strengths and hence to nurture their positive work attitudes.
  2. Become more flexible in their management, learn various kinds of supervising skills when facing the different styles of staff, and ultimately drive their development and develop their potentials.
  3. Sophistically apply the questioning and feedback skills to open up their staff’s mind, increase their work motivation and aspiration.

    - Analysis their developmental needs from a brand new angle

  5. - Methods to remove staff’s resistance of being commented
    - Feedback skills to increase staff motivation and lad to positive work value
    - Managing skills to drive the maturity of staff
