OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should be able to:
1. Identify the important role of the trainer in manpower development;
2. Introduce a systematic approach in effective training;
3. Conduct training needs surveys and analyse the findings;
4. Design job-related training programmes;
5. Conduct trainee-centred instructions by using appropriate methods.

7. The psychology of adult learning
8. Evaluation of training methods
9. Practical demonstration
