EFFECTIVE COACHING TO IMPROVE PERFORMANCE

OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should be able to:
1. Give clear and effective instructions and guidelines to team members;
2. Provide immediate on-site coaching & feedback to team members to maintain positive performance or correct poor performance; and
3. Provide effective coaching to improve employees' work performance.

4. Day-to-day coaching and feedback skills
5. Coaching discussion to improve performance
6. Integrated skill practice
