OBJECTIVES
Upon completion of the workshop, participants should be able to:
1. Acquire conceptual information on retail marketing;
2. Identifying their roles in introducing a marketing approach in retail operations;
3. Conduct simple and practical marketing research;
4. Draft a marketing plan integrated with sales forecast;
5. Practise different marketing mix; and
6. Conduct customer satisfaction survey.
